About the job

We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are curious, analytical, and eager to turn insights into action. You'll be the bridge between our development team and client expectations, ensuring projects are executed with clarity and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through client interactions and internal discussions
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for developers and designers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and ensure deliverables meet business goals
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest data-backed improvements
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders

Preferred skills & qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A knack for breaking down complex ideas into simple, structured concepts
• Basic understanding of eCommerce, IT, or web development processes
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
