About the job

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, people-focused HR executive to join our team. In this role you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR processes while ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This role is best for someone at the start of their HR career to gain hands-on experience and build a rewarding career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle basic employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to support performance management processes.
• Contribute to HR reporting and documentation.

Preferred skills & qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or relevant internships/projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, engagement) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office or HR software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
